More than ever, Rétromobile is the benchmark show for the preservation of motorised rolling heritage. This year, for the first time ever, the major event for classic vehicles will be organising an award ceremony dedicated to projects aimed at rehabilitating classic vehicles. Find out more.

As we recently announced, the 2024 edition of Rétromobile will feature an area entirely dedicated to Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV), a distinction awarded by the Institut National des Métiers d'Arts to companies working to maintain specific skills that cannot be passed on in a workshop or via training courses.

But that's not all! With the aim of highlighting projects aimed at preserving our rolling heritage and rewarding the people behind them, Rétromobile will be awarding a new prize for the first time: the Trophée Rétromobile de la Préservation (Designated by Hervé Nys).

Rewarding the vehicles closest to their original condition

Awarded by a jury of international experts, the Trophée Rétromobile de la Préservation is designed to raise awareness among collectors of classic vehicles of the importance of preserving our rolling heritage and passing it on to future generations. To achieve this, the members of the jury will spend two days browsing the aisles of the most beautiful ephemeral museum dedicated to classic vehicles in order to identify the cars and motorbikes that are closest to their original condition.

Following their deliberations, the members of the jury will award the Rétromobile Preservation Trophy to the owner of the winning vehicle at an exceptional ceremony on 31 January 2024 at 8pm, in the presence of journalists from the automotive world.
