The Artist' Gallery: where classic car inspiration meets creation
As vectors of dreams and passion, classic cars and motorcycles have imposed themselves as part and parcel of our shared culture. This has enabled many classic vehicles to extend beyond their mechanical status to become sources of inspiration to artists all over the world. From paintings to collages and from sketches to sculptures, creators have used every medium at their disposal to pay their tribute to the multiple stories behind their favourite vehicles. These singular visions and views can be admired in The Artist' Gallery which, from 5 to 9 February, will play host to more than 20 artists and designers with a passion for the treasures of the automotive realm.
