For more than forty years, Bruno des Gayets has been scrutinising the world through his Nikon, covering a spectrum as broad as politics, gastronomy, industry and motor sports, with F1 at the top of the list, while at the same time endeavouring to shed light on its players through portraits in which the emotion is palpable because he knows how to capture the precise moment when the personality reveals itself.
His curiosity also drives him to find archive photographs gathering dust in boxes, which he unearths all over the world and sets about restoring to their former glory, conveying their original message and paying tribute to their creators.
