AMICALE FACEL VEGA

The Amicale Facel Véga, an association created in 1975, now has 650 members, including around 150 abroad, who own more than 820 cars.
Its action is to preserve and bring to life these prestigious automobiles that were the achievements of the "Forges et Ateliers de Constructions d'Eure et Loir", to make known the fascinating history of this industrial adventure, to safeguard this technical and human heritage, and of course to bring together in a friendly spirit the enthusiasts of this Brand.
Its action focuses on the following main points:
• An active policy of remanufacturing specific and therefore unobtainable parts,
• The publication of the newsletter "His Excellence" (three issues per year) containing various historical, technical and current events sections on the life of the Association, as well as numerous period photographs and documents,
• The organization of two annual outings: the Spring Rally and the Autumn Hike,
• Participation in many other events: Rétromobile, Rallye des Clubs de Marque, Salon Époqu'auto in Lyon, etc.,
• The preservation of technical heritage by acquiring archives and historical objects of Facel origin,
• The contacts established with "Facel veterans" allowing the collection of valuable human testimonies on the activity and life of the company,
• The defense of the brand name of which the Association is the sole owner.
